We focus on our client’s strengths and previous successes, rather than on past failings and problems. We believe that the clients themselves possess the knowledge and wherewithal to solve their problems. Through the work done in session, and in between sessions, change can occur.
Each person will receive an extensive evaluation by taking a look at all areas of their lives through our LIFE LENS: Love, Work, Play, Mind, Body, Soul. We believe that in order to FEEL GOOD, you have to recognize that absolute balance is unattainable. However, understanding how to really thrive comes down to identifying what’s so far out of balance that it’s negatively impacting the rest of your life.
Our clients are also offered the Process Communication Model tool (PCM), which teaches how to observe and understand our own behavior, allows us to see what happens when we are in distress, and provides the tools needed to get ourselves out of distress. Through this knowledge, we have a better understanding of ourselves and others, which will allow communication in ways not experienced before. It allows us to communicate better, love better, work better, feel better, and ultimately, reach the ultimate goal – THAT FEEL GOOD LIFE.
